We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relations Officer to join a team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer relationships, resolving customer complaints and issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires completing calls to 60 new customers every day to introduce our services and gather customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face to face interactions.

- Handle and resplve customer complaints in a professional and effective manner.

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

2. Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain positive relationship with customers.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.

- Keep records of customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

- Promote services to existing and potential customers.

3. Daily Outreach:

- Make calls to 60 new customers daily to introduce our products/services amd gather feedback.

- Record and update customer information in the database.

- Provide daily reports on call outcomes and customer feedback to the management.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with finance and support teams to ensure consistent messaging and high levels of customer engagement.

- Participate in team meetings and provide input on customer service improvements.

5. Other Duties:

- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager - Customer Relations and CEO

- Stay updated on company servicea and industry trends to provude informed responses to customers.

Requirements:

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

- Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, Word)

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices are a plus.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels of people.

- Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia at professional level is a must.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- High school diploma; a college degree in a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:

- Office based position with regular hours.
