Warehouse Supervisor, Scommerce (Kota Kinabalu, Sabah)

-Oversee and monitor the daily warehouse operations (from inbound to outbound). -Manage team member’s performance including attendance and productivity. -Prepare a daily data report on warehouse performance and ensure the master tracker sheet is updated at all times. -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse operations. -Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment consistently. -Seek for continuous process improvement to enhance productivity. -Complete Any ad-hoc tasks assigned Requirements: -Legally allowed to work in Sabah / Sarawak based on respective state law requirements -Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcomed to apply. -Experienced in logistics operations would be preferred. -Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be added as an advantage. -Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders. -Intermediate computer skills such as Excel/GSheet. -Plan for manpower hiring during campaign days. -Working hours pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required -Working location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
