Position Purpose

The role will be crucial for improving the performance and partner experience across entire partner lifetime journey from acquisition, onboarding, retention to nurturing.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing a solid and trusting relationship with IB and affiliate partners in the SEA market (particularly Vietnamese Market).
  • Responsible for acquiring quality partner in the market and onboarding that partner smoothly to our partner management system.
  • Responsible for complying partner tier policy whilst maintaining the partner acquisition performance.
  • Single point of contact for all partner business.
  • Handle complaints from partners in accordance with established internal policies and deliver compliance approved responses to partner when requested.
  • Responsible for professional, sound, healthy communication, and relationship with partner
  • Responsible for improving partner business in terms of trading volume, net fee revenue and active number of customers under partner in the market.
  • Responsible for proper partner business planning in quarterly basis and execute agreed strategy to grow market.
  • Work closely with trade marketing, IB product manager and local conversion/retention team to drive partner business growth.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of Sales experience (similar industry will be a plus).
  • Must be able to speak in fluent Vietnamese and English.
  • Knowledge about the Vietnam Market.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
