Job Description:

  • Handling customers through multiple channel such as Livechat, Email, Inbound & Outbound calls.
  • Swiftly address customer queries and take ownership of their concerns
  • Striking the perfect balance between customer requirements and business objectives, showcasing your skills in sales and marketing techniques
  • Expertly articulating and presenting information about the products while professionally managing high inquiry volumes
  • Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating with our Team Leaders and Managers
  • Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer information at all times
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer issues by acquiring sufficient product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum MUST have SPM qualification
  • Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, giving you a chance to showcase your language skills
  • MUST have at least 6 months in Customer Service / BPO
  • MUST be willing to work rotational shifts

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary RM2,400
  • Attendance Allowance RM150 / week (No Lateness / No MC / No Emergency Leave)
  • KPI Allowance RM300
  • Shift allowance
  • Mandarin Allowance RM500
  • Medical Claim RM60 / month
