Financial Analyst - Contract Management

About The Role


The Financial Analyst - Contract Management plays a key role in KL BSO OTC Contract Management team operation, driving continuous improvement objectives, supporting customer metrics are achieved, projects are delivered with high quality and to support and enhance the contract service delivery in EMEA region.

He/ She is responsible and supports all financial aspects of the EMEA Contract Management, is driving quality and contract management execution within business unit and ensures SLA & Business KPIs are met

What You'll Do

  • Input for project/ contract (deals) setup in ERP
  • Collect and submit contract data
  • Manage/ monitor query resolution related to Contract Management
  • Checking accuracy and completeness of change request forms, including pricing information
  • Coordinating input from stakeholders, as required
  • Identifying proper contract documents and template
  • Performing basic contract reviews
  • Ensuring compliance to processes

What You'll Need

  • Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance or related area
  • At least 1 year experience in a Finance/ SSC environment would be advantageous
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of accuracy, numerical ability, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English both oral and written
  • A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team
  • Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
