NURSE VACANCY

Nurses responsible for general care are in charge of promoting and restoring patients health by providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. They also supervise assigned team members. Minimum Requirement: 1. Valid APC 2024 2. Valid Diploma / Bachelor in Nursing or Medical Assistant/ Minimum Diploma in Nursing/ Medical Assistant and equivalent. 3. Valid Nursing Registration Certification with Nursing Board/ Registered with LJM/LPP 4. Willing to work on shift rotation 5. Willing to work in Selangor 6. Preferably candidate with at least minimum relevant working experience. 7. Good communication ,Interpersonal skills, Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task. 8. Participates in, in-service and other educational programmed. 9. Ability to work with all levels of staff. 10. Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply. 11. Communicate and liaise with the internal customer service team and/or other support team via email, chat, request form. 2. Scheduling user appointment / rescheduling if necessary 3. Ensures user and reminded of their appointment date and time 4. Processing and performing of front desk administrative task 5. Getting reviews and feedback from user 6. Plays an integral role to support site in any emergency health care services 7. Undertake clinical consultations and provide the requisite standard of service and care to patients 8. Explanation packages to patients and checking Cash Payment. 9. Attending to customer and patient needs. 10. Providing Basic emergency medical care on the site to stabilize the patient, limited diagnostic testing, and assist in patient transfer by ambulance to designated medical facility. 11. Documentation of all medical cases and ensure correct and proper storage of medical record 12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Manager, Medical Services / Medical Director, Medical Services /Occupational Health Doctor. 13. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Branch Manager and Doctor in charge.
