Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Sales Manager. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the influencer marketing campaigns and platform business.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved in accordance with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee all sales activities from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Implement sales plans and strategies to expand the client base.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market competitors, and relevant relationships.
  • Organize and plan sales activities with a high level of efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in advertising, media, social analysis, public relations, or marketing industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and other KPIs.
  • Positive working attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Malaysian citizen only.
