  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Role

  • Responsible to collect and analyse data by conducting deep dive into portfolio performance to ensure healthy portfolio growth.
  • Formulate strategies for portfolio management including early warning and pre/post delinquency management.
  • Supporting Collections team to prepare MIS reporting and data analytics to drive collections strategies and monitor performance of debt collections agency.
  • Develop portfolio and early warning framework, perform adhoc portfolio analysis and able to provide insights using advanced analytics.
  • Produce various portfolio target or performance indicator, exceptions capping and Collection MIS performance.
  • Provide analysis on delinquency trend, collection/portfolio performance to ensure action plan or control is in place to improve portfolio health.
  • Responsible in the preparation of data/reporting required for credit risk management meetings.

Key Result Areas

  • Able to assist in managing credit risk of both existing and new customers by conforming to credit procedures and policies, as a core part of organization’s strategic planning
  • Proactively perform portfolio analysis and develop/ enhance portfolio segmentation including Collections strategy
  • Ensure credit performance is within benchmarks and meet acceptable unit economics
  • Strive for improvement in tracking performance and credit reporting dashboard

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistic, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Portfolio analytics including portfolio management and Collections area
  • 2-3 years hands-on experience in advanced analytics/programming languages/ data visualization techniques e.g. SAS/SQL/Tableau/Qlikview/VBA (or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of various business models, its key drivers and industry trends especially supply chain financing or trade financing.
  • Understand the orientation and outlook of the digital ecosystem in Consumer and SME market.
  • Committed in completing assignment within dateline and exhibit a high level of leadership as well as excellent in adapting to a rapidly changing circumstance.
  • Strong communication (oral and written) skills would be an added advantage.
