We are growing our support team. This position will be responsible for supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) functionality including recruiting, hire, onboarding, talent & performance, learning, compensation, absence and time tracking.

This is an exciting and dynamic role for the right candidate, with the opportunity to help shape the maritime industry by making an impact in the development of our global Workday solution covering employees in over 70 countries. You will play a key part in transforming our roadmap, working on projects to implement new functionality as well as being “hands-on” in providing support & configuration of the solution.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide the first tier of application support for end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of all functional aspects of the systems
  • Ability to research communities, apply and implement solutions
  • Collaboration and open communication with Workday specialists
  • Train end-users on system functionality
  • Participate in deployment of all application upgrades


The ideal candidate:

  • Knowledge in the use and maintenance of HRIS systems. Knowledge in Workday HCM module very desirable
  • Wants to grow and develop skills and progress within the Workday HCM environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritise and use initiative
  • Ability to research, apply and implement solutions
  • Provides a high level of customer service at all times
  • Develops and maintain collaborative and respectful working relationships with team members and others
  • Consistently provides quality service
  • Ability to exercise integrity and discretion with highly confidential information
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Excel a must
  • Comfortable working in an international environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English


The preferred work location is in Kuala Lumpur.
