RESPONSIBILITY

  • Lead and supervise all QA/QC activities.
  • Develop and ensure compliance with Project Quality Plan (PQP), project quality related procedures for document control, change control, material control/inspection/ testing, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) etc.
  • Shall be responsible for QA/QC matter compliance to CONTRACT.
  • Lead all the Audit and follow up closed out.
  • Shall be fully responsible to roll-out and implementations of Quality activities, such as QA/QC programs, audits, and trainings.
  • Shall be responsible to mobilize inspection personnel/team.
  • Shall be responsible to follow up and close out Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
  • Shall participate in COMPANY constructability, HAZID review, IPOP, risk assessment and meeting.
  • Shall participate in COMPANY Lean and COR initiatives.
  • Shall be responsible to coordinate and submit the QA/QC reports for all WORKS immediately after implementation.
  • Shall be responsible for QA/QC Document preparation, review, internal approval and getting COMPANY’s approval.
  • Shall implement quality activities such as QA/QC programs, audits and coaching of the inspection team.
  • Shall review and participate in Post Project Critique (PPC) and After-Action Review (AAR).
  • Shall be accountable to prepare Inspection Test Plan (ITP), WPS, WQT and WPQR.

PROFESSIONAL SKILL

  • Familiar with international materials standards, pressure/process piping and vessel codes, structural and electrical codes, NDT, and welding procedures, ASME, ANSI codes,
  • Experienced in quality audit of oil and gas project execution during engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Attended International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course Member of BEM is preferred.
  • Shall be a trained Assessor for Quality Management System accordance with ISO 9001 latest edition.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Developing and implementing Project Quality Plan, document control, change control, material inspection and test plans, NDT, and other quality related procedures.
  • CSWIP 3.1/ PCN level I or equivalent is preferred
  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Min 8 Years of Experience with 5 years experience in similar capacity/position.
