We are seeking a Market Specialist with extensive international experience to develop, communicate, and execute product, channel, and go-to-market strategies. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including global sales teams, to convert opportunities into revenue and help scale our business in regional and international markets. Key Responsibilities: -Global Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive product strategies, focusing on channel and go-to-market strategies tailored to various international markets. Work closely with the global sales teams to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities. -Financial Modelling: Manage and maintain up-to-date financial models and regional pricing structures, aimed at optimizing revenue and profitability across international markets. -Product Roadmap: Maintain and align regional product roadmaps based on global market requirements and emerging needs, ensuring Anker products remain competitive and innovative across diverse regions. -Market & Competitor Analysis: Collect, summarize, and analyze market insights and competitor strategies, with a focus on global competitors. Provide actionable recommendations to sales leads and help position Anker products effectively in international markets. -New Product Launches: Drive the introduction of new products into international markets, ensuring best-in-class product launch materials and strategic distribution to drive sales globally. -Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete product lifecycle for assigned products, from introduction to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with global market dynamics and opportunities. -Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with central and local supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels for international distribution. -Training & Development: Prepare product training materials and provide information to distributors, sales teams, and retail partners in international markets. Conduct training sessions for global teams to ensure consistent product messaging and knowledge transfer. Qualifications & Skills: -Proven experience in global markets, preferably in international product management, market analysis, or channel strategy. -Strong understanding of global market dynamics and ability to tailor strategies to various international markets. -Experience working in multi-national teams and handling global product lifecycles. -Proficiency in analyzing global market insights, competitor strategies, and regional performance to provide actionable insights for international sales teams. -Experience in working with global distribution networks in China and understanding international supply chain processes. -Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders from various cultural and professional backgrounds. -Strong understanding of global pricing structures, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies for international regions. Preferred Qualifications: -International work experience or experience working in a global or regional role with exposure to multiple countries and cultures. -Multilingual abilities (fluent in dialects such as Teo Chew and Hakka) -Expertise in navigating complex international market regulations, particularly in regions such as APAC, EMEA, or North America. Additional Responsibilities: -Provide ongoing business reviews and performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, offering insights into international market performance and trends. -Serve as a trusted advisor to regional and country sales leads, providing strategic input on category and channel strategies tailored to global markets.
