Responsible for efficiently and accurately handling daily routine tasks such as managing phone reservations from various outlets, coordinating reservation schedules, and more.
Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding available services, pricing, and any other inquiries they may have.
Act as a liaison between customers and the different outlets, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, always ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Able to plan, execute, and oversee projects related to reservation systems, customer service enhancements, and process improvements.
Leading and mentoring junior staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
To perform any other duties as assigned immediate superior or any other person assigned by the Management.

Minimum SPM graduated
Organized and efficient in daily tasks
Good verbal and written communication skills
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and actively look for ways to help people
Proficiency in using office software applications, telephone systems, and other relevant tools.
Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
The position requires working 6 days a week with shift rotation.
