- Knowledge in POS system (e.g. SQL, StoreHub, AutoCount) to check on daily sales recording and stock movement
- Reconciliation of intercompany transactions
- Perform monthly stock take activity at retail outlet
- Timely submission on weekly sales report
- Prepare regular payment and supplier payment information to Account department
- Well arranged, orderly keeping and filing of account related document by closing time of every month
- Maintain and update on monthly record of company fixed payment, utility payment, rental payment and license fee
- Having close attention to details
- Great team player with a strong sense of accountability
- Assist in other clerical tasks and scope of work shall be revised when needed
- Minimum with a Diploma
- Able to converse and read in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Able to speak Mandarin is added advantage
- Skills in Microsoft Office/ Attention to detail / Office and good time management.
