QA Engineer

Customer Quality Executive - Primary interface with customers on quality related matters. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service by solving problems effectively and promptly (Eg: Fish Bone, 5 Why Analysis, 8D report, corrective and preventive action). - Establish customer complaint system, analyse and understand customer requirement / specification and communicate to respective production department. - Coordinate periodical FMEA review as effective monitoring of corrective action taken. - To perform suppliers' evaluation to ensure only qualified suppliers are chosen to support production activities. - To approve product, process and equipment qualifications. Requirements - Candidate must possess a Degree in Engineering - Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Possess good computer skills especially in Microsoft Package - Self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimum supervision. - Good analytical and report writing skill. - Capability to drive continuous customer quality improvements and satisfaction. - Flexible and able to travel to outstation for quality presentation / discussion. - Must be able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia & candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients. - We are located in We are located in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and nearby MRT Sri Damansara Barat.
