Manager, IT - WMOS

Responsibilities: • Responsible for system configuration, build and integration of Active WM, WMS, WMOS, TMS, and other functional implementation (PI- Process Improvement) • Responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentations throughout the project lifecycle in Active WM, WMS, WMOS, TMS systems • Develop utilities, procedures, and documentations based on business requirements for system requirements of Active WM, WMS, WMOS, TMS • Perform application installation and upgrade, including configuration and integration with third party solutions into the existing DHL systems • Collaborate with business / operation teams / PI team understand thoroughly their need and issue to translate into IT solutions • Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within SLAs that have been set with the customer • Perform study and implementation of new IT solutions in Active WM, WMS, WMOS, TMS to the business in a timely and quality manner • Provide guidance on other team member on newly implemented solution in Active WM, WMS, WMOS, TMS • Constantly look for and recommend process / system improvement to business • Manage projects as assigned from time to time in the Active WM, WMS, WMOS, TMS systems • Participate in the testing, training, implementation and post-implementation support for the projects in Active WM, WMS, WMOS, TMS systems • Investigate and resolve technical issues encounter by users in Active WM, WMS, WMOS, TMS • Work with IT vendors for application maintenance and technical services Requirements • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT • Minimum 5 years of experience in Active WM, WMS, WMOS, TMS software • Minimum 3 years of experience in configuring and managing systems in 3PL company
