Job Description - Assist in the final setup of outlets before launch, overseeing project progress to meet deadlines effectively - Conduct precise measurements for shop lots with specified requirements and generate detailed floor plans accordingly - Prepare and procure necessary items for outlets as required. - Monitor equipment installation, including railings, furniture & etc, in the outlets. - Coordinate projects with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and efficient work at each outlet. - Oversee the installation of machine labeling and wall pasting. - Performing quality control on the project throughout the development to maintain the standard. - Execute ad-hoc projects assigned by management from time to time. - Assist with the executions of all other operations-related tasks. - Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required. - Ensure daily adherence to company execution procedures and standards. Requirements - Candidates with minimum 2 years experience working on projects in a fast-paced environment. - Minimum diploma holder - Strong interpersonal and management skills - Ability to take initiative and work independently when required. - Creative problem-solving skills. - Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines - Demonstrate the ability to adapt to new procedures and processes swiftly and efficiently. - Willing to travel, possess own transportation with active car license. - Flexible on working schedule, able to work during weekends or Public Holiday and willing to work overtime when needed.
