Location: Port Klang
Position: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist SHO/HSE officer on develop, implementing, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
· Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
· Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.
· Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
· Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate with project teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all construction and offshore operations phases.
· Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and regulatory bodies.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HSE performance across the company.
Qualifications:
· A Diploma/certificate/ degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field..
· Fresh Graduates is encourage to apply.
· Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Professional certifications such HSE /Cepswam or equivalent are highly desirable.
