Responsibilities as Manpower Coordinator:
- Managing and updating manpower database to Human Resources and Project teams.
- Recruiting employees for vacant positions and ensuring that employees meet the specified criteria timely.
- Liase with HR & set up appointments for the employee's medical check-up offshore, renew certificates etc, if required.
- Coordinate with HSE personal for manpower training and document preparation.
- Ensuring all manpower are in good manner in terms of competency and readiness.
- Record manpower movement in the MPL. - mobilization and de-mob crew
- Coordinate with the project’s teams and to ensure manpower mob as per loading by Maintenance Planner.
- Prepare and update manpower loading to person in charge in a timely manner as agreed by both parties.
- Overseeing manpower allocation to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and schedule.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma.
- Computer literate certificates (Microsoft Window) as proven basic computer skill.
- Good communication skills BM & English.
- One (1) year related working experience or fresh graduate encourage to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
