Responsibilities as Manpower Coordinator:

  • Managing and updating manpower database to Human Resources and Project teams.
  • Recruiting employees for vacant positions and ensuring that employees meet the specified criteria timely.
  • Liase with HR & set up appointments for the employee's medical check-up offshore, renew certificates etc, if required.
  • Coordinate with HSE personal for manpower training and document preparation.
  • Ensuring all manpower are in good manner in terms of competency and readiness.
  • Record manpower movement in the MPL. - mobilization and de-mob crew
  • Coordinate with the project’s teams and to ensure manpower mob as per loading by Maintenance Planner.
  • Prepare and update manpower loading to person in charge in a timely manner as agreed by both parties.
  • Overseeing manpower allocation to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and schedule.
  • Manage and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of Diploma.
  • Computer literate certificates (Microsoft Window) as proven basic computer skill.
  • Good communication skills BM & English.
  • One (1) year related working experience or fresh graduate encourage to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
