- Experience in dealing with customers by telephone.
- Good communication abilities both written and verbal.
- Responsible to call customers and collect/ remind the payment for overdue bills.
- To achieve individual and group targets.
- Persuade, negotiate and work with customers to make workable repayment arrangements.
- Ensure the accounts are worked and followed up thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- SPM/ STPM/ Certificate in any field.
- Fresh graduates (Diploma/ Degree) are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skill & written in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
- Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
- Experience candidates is an added advantage.
