- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Maintain of documentation and comprehensive filing to support all accounting entries.
- To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification, key-in database & follow up.
- Monitor month-end and day-to-day finance functions and prepare weekly / monthly collection reports.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerized accounting system.
- Ensure all reports are accurate and timely for periodic submission.
- Performs daily, weekly and monthly accounting task as per instructions
- Possess at least minimum STPM / LCCI/ Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to operate Accounting Software & good knowledge in Microsoft Office specially Microsoft Excel
- Able work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated, multi-tasking, performance driven and teamwork capable among each in the department
- Those who can start work immediately or within short notice is with added advantage
