This position is responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, including platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, a strong understanding of online retail dynamics, and a proven track record of driving sales and customer engagement through digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior using platform analytics tools.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically managing platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online merchandising.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platform analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
