Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall administration tasks for the Sales Department
  • Order Processing and Documentation
  • Complete Sales Process from vehicle order to delivery (vehicle booking, registration, Puspakom Inspection, registration, invoices, etc)
  • To ensure all vehicle sales transactions are recorded accurately and timely in the system
  • Assist in managing vehicle inventory & stock listing.
  • Process payments, deposits and financial agreements
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including incentive report, claim report, daily/weekly and monthly sales target.
  • Analyze sales performance and keep track on monthly sales target
  • Work closely with Finance department to ensure all financial record are correct.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes related to vehicle sales and registration.
  • To handle insurance, road tax renewal and other related matters.
  • To handle general office administration tasks as assigned and upkeep of office equipment and facilities.

Skills & Requirement:

  • Basic+Incentive+overtime (RM1800-3500)
  • Will be start working on January 2025
  • Female only. Aged 21-35
  • Able to work overtime on end month to push for registration.
  • Experience in automotive sales will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organization skills ad attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speakers will be an advantage.
  • Good in follow-up and reporting, and able to work independently.
