Procurement Executive (3-month Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Purchasing function.
• In charge of day-to-day administrative and operational matters including monitoring of deadlines and follow-ups with on progress of projects.
• Coordinate and follow up closely the sales cycle to ensure the delivery deadlines are met.
• Work with purchasing, suppliers and requesters on materials requirements and ensure delivery schedules are met.
• Work closely with forwarders for freight booking and ensure proper quality checks prior to handing over to 3rd party logistics.
• Coordinate import and export of products, including preparation of shipping documents (invoices, packing list, bills of lading, certificate of origin and etc.), application of import and export license/ permits, custom declaration documentations and liaising with shipping companies/ freight forwarders to ensure timely custom clearance and delivery.
• Ensure inventory is properly maintained, adequately stored, kept at optimal level and accounted for in the designated areas.

Job Requirements:

• At lease 3-5 years of related working experience preferred.
• Diploma in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Possess good spoken and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for tasks.
• Good communication skills and can interact well with all level.
• Able to work at Kota Damansara, Selangor.
• 3 months contract position.
