Job Descriptions:

Advertising & Promotions

• Assist in coordinating and implementing dealers’ on-ground events such as new showroom opening, property developer events, exhibitions, roadshow, etc towards increasing leads and footfall.
• Produce new ideas and work closely with marketing agency to develop marketing materials, including leaflet, catalogue, brochure, poster, flyer, bunting, billboard and marketing campaigns to effectively promote Signature.
• Attend to dealers’ request of POSM and other marketing materials.
• Contribute creative ideas to develop strong and effective footfall campaigns and tactics, leveraging various marketing channels.
• Implement initiatives to drive customer retention and drive repeat business.
• Liaise with agencies, designers, printers and suppliers to get the marketing materials ready in time.
• Source, order and monitor of stock count of A&P materials, merchandise items, gifts and complimentary vouchers, etc.
• Assist in conducting surveys and/ or showroom visits to dealer branches to understand the dealer and local needs, to implement strategies and action plans to increase dealer’s footfall in their showrooms.

Brand Partnership

• Coordinate and implement collaborative advertising and promotional activities with brand partners aimed at increasing leads and footfall.
• Contribute creative ideas for collaborative footfall campaigns, leveraging various marketing channels.

Marketing Analytics

• Monitor, track and report all marketing campaigns and activities.
• Utilise strong analytical skills to report and analyse data from marketing campaigns. and activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing, Business Administration & equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail, marketing and advertising. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Experience in organizing events and managing marketing campaigns.
• Creative thinking and ability to contribute to innovative ideas to marketing strategies.
• Strong analytic and reporting skills.
• Microsoft Office such PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
• Meticulous with attention to detail.
• Experience in digital marketing is an added advantage.
