As a Head of Proposal Management, you’ll be responsible for leading the team of proposal managers, who exhibits strong understanding of our market and customer needs and are able to propose our solutions in a most compelling and competitive way.

What you’ll do

As Head of Proposal Management, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of systems and services proposals to prospects across the APAC region. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Proposal Management: Oversee the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Cost Management: Manage product, solution, and third-party costs within proposals, accounting for associated risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Product and Vendor Collaboration: Maintain a deep understanding of our product and systems portfolio, fostering strong partnerships with third-party vendors to optimize cost competitiveness.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor proposal delivery timelines, analyze win rates across segments and geographies, and implement strategies to enhance success.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal directives and guidelines for all tenders and proposals.
