Job Description

  • Preparing correspondence letters to Local Authorities, Contractors and Consultants relating to project site and company internal memorandum to Management and Accounts Department.
  • Preparing Certificate Payment for Contractors and Consultants received from progress claims.
  • Prepare Management, Exco and Risk Management Report for Project Department.
  • Compile Management, Exco and Risk Management Report received from all department for PJ and Penang office.
  • Organizing the filling of documents for Project Department.
  • Assist the General Manager/Project Manager in managing the incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Preparing minutes of meeting for monthly management meeting.
  • Assist the Credit & Marketing Department as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in the Project Department is an added advantage.
  • Able to work well as a team.
  • Computer literate.
  • Be thorough and pay attention to details.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
