Job Description
- Preparing correspondence letters to Local Authorities, Contractors and Consultants relating to project site and company internal memorandum to Management and Accounts Department.
- Preparing Certificate Payment for Contractors and Consultants received from progress claims.
- Prepare Management, Exco and Risk Management Report for Project Department.
- Compile Management, Exco and Risk Management Report received from all department for PJ and Penang office.
- Organizing the filling of documents for Project Department.
- Assist the General Manager/Project Manager in managing the incoming and outgoing documents.
- Preparing minutes of meeting for monthly management meeting.
- Assist the Credit & Marketing Department as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in the Project Department is an added advantage.
- Able to work well as a team.
- Computer literate.
- Be thorough and pay attention to details.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
