Key Responsibilities: -

  • Responsible for the delivery of all the Online platform initiatives and BAU.
  • Work closely with the HOD, business and internal stakeholders to align business and technical requirements to deliver omni-channel digital products and services for RHBI’s digital platforms.
  • Responsible for the platform’s project governance, compliance matters and processes i.e. BNM notification, GDTC, GMC, Risk/Audit/Compliance related matters, etc
  • Work with HOD to develop the platform strategy in line with Group Insurance’s strategic goals.
  • Liaise with Group Digital COE and RHBIT that includes developers, UI/UX specialists, business analysts, project managers, business architects, and the transformation office to ensure the timely roll out of all committed initiatives.
  • Work with the Digital team to review customers’ feedback about eChannel’s delivery of digital services (provided by RHBI’s CRC and Group’s Experience Design Team’s User Testing Sessions) to enhance the CX of RHBI’s digital platforms continuously.
  • Collect and analyze user data/behaviour to uncover trends and derive insights and innovative recommendations to drive platform growth and maturity.
  • Refine and review the business requirements and user stories, functional documents, develop workflows from the platform to business support such as CPD, CRC etc. and ensure documentation and necessary sign off for each quest and enhancement
  • Approve test scripts, support UAT, regression tests and post implementation where necessary
  • To provide 3rd level support to operation team, call center on any issues that arrives from business
  • Escalate and prioritize perform recovery for any system glitches or arising issues.
  • Develop strategic approaches to drive consumer mindset change towards embracing RHB Insurance digital products as the primary insurance solution.
  • Plan and execute strategic and tactical initiatives to drive eChannel’s portfolio growth and customer retention.
  • Keep pulse with market conditions and consumer trends to support the digital platform in generating sales leads.
  • Work with HOD to develop and deliver:
  • an effective integrated marketing and content strategy across App and Web to meet the adoption and acquisition goals
  • identify and monitor the success metrics as well as refine strategies to ensure the organization’s key objectives are met.
  • Be the key point of contact with external marketing agency partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of all paid marketing campaigns and ensure the optimization of investment budgets.
    • Identify strategic ecosystem partners, the potential areas of collaboration and the tech dependencies to develop to deliver the collaborative digital initiatives.
    • Design, execute, and deliver cross-collaboration campaigns and initiatives between eChannel and Group Banking by working collaboratively with key Group Banking business and digital platform stakeholders.
  • Management, optimization, and improvement of eChannel’s customer acquisition and adoption strategies to drive revenue and customer adoption targets.
  • Support the day-to-day management, optimization, and improvement of on-going marketing initiatives and strategies to meet sales targets and acquisition goals and objectives.
  • Drive the digital marketing and content roadmap for both App and Web and own the content creation and management to ensure impactful messaging and effective lead-generation and sales conversion.
  • Plan and drive training exercises required to educate internal stakeholders in understanding the digital products/services so that they can support/assist customers in digital experience.
  • Support the HOD in delivering the RHBI digital ecosystem growth strategy:
  • Key Qualifications: -

    • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in project and or program management – familiar with both AGILE, Waterfall methodology and the corresponding tools: JIRA / Confluence
    • Experience in implementation of customer facing web/mobile application is an added advantage
    • Familiarity in software development projects involving web/mobile technologies
    • Strong project management experience, with proven track record in managing and steering projects towards smooth execution and on time delivery
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Good e-commerce/business acumen to drive revenue and sales know-how is a bonus
