Responsibilities:

Asset List Management

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all leasing and rental assets.
  • Track the location and status of each asset.

Leasing/Rental Reports

  • Generate reports on leasing and rental activities.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

End of Lease/Rental Collection

  • Manage the end-of-lease/rental process, ensuring timely collection of all assets.
  • Ensure inspection of returned assets for any damages or maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to process final settlements and refunds if applicable.

Invoice Submission

  • Prepare and submit invoices for leasing and rental services promptly.
  • Ensure all invoicing details are accurate and align with lease/rental agreements.
  • Maintain records of all invoices and track payment statuses.

Collection Updates

  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and provide regular updates on collection statuses.
  • Work with the finance team to reconcile payment records.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues related to invoice payments with clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leasing and rental administration or a similar role an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using asset management and leasing software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
