Responsibilities:
Asset List Management
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all leasing and rental assets.
- Track the location and status of each asset.
Leasing/Rental Reports
- Generate reports on leasing and rental activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
- Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
End of Lease/Rental Collection
- Manage the end-of-lease/rental process, ensuring timely collection of all assets.
- Ensure inspection of returned assets for any damages or maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with the finance team to process final settlements and refunds if applicable.
Invoice Submission
- Prepare and submit invoices for leasing and rental services promptly.
- Ensure all invoicing details are accurate and align with lease/rental agreements.
- Maintain records of all invoices and track payment statuses.
Collection Updates
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and provide regular updates on collection statuses.
- Work with the finance team to reconcile payment records.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to invoice payments with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leasing and rental administration or a similar role an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using asset management and leasing software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
