  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of Accounts and month-end financial reporting
  • Prepare monthly management reports with detailed analysis and audit schedules
  • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation
  • Prepare quarterly GST and submission of GST
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, customers & suppliers on related work
  • Able to perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting (candidates from F&B industry are highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software, Xero is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Able to manage 1-2 staff
  • Audit experience will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous, with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to execute with speed and accuracy
  • Well-spoken with a highly polished, professional appearance
  • Able to build great working relationships with co-workers and stakeholders
  • Have a practical, hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Work well in a team, and possess unshakeable integrity
  • Be able to work independently at speed, with a variety of priorities
  • Eager to learn and expand their knowledge and skill base
