  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Qualifications & experience

  • Degree in Accounting / ACCA / CPA / CFA / CIMA / ICAEW / MIA or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Experience in property development industry is an added advantage
  • Able to work in fast pace, multi-tasking and high-volume environment
  • Able to converse in Malay/English and preferably in mandarin to meet the mandarin customers requirements

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Prepare full set accounts for active & multiple phase property development companies on timely basis.
  • Monitoring cash flows & ensure payments made on timely basis.
  • Liaise with auditors for statutory audit.
  • Submission of income tax estimates & company tax return.
  • Perform bank reconciliation & propose action plan to clear unreconciled items. 6. Budgeting for multiple phase companies.
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
