Key functions:
- Communication with riders, assistance with online registration.
- Supporting Maxim users in resolving order related issues, handling their feedback and requests online, via phone.
- Conducting outdoor promo activities, affiliate marketing.
- Monitoring the service rules violations.
- Presenting users with an offer of new conditions and promotions.
