Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department head and team members, including managing correspondences and maintaining records.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communication and collaborations in order to facilitate effective information flows
- Prepare, file and organize document and reports.
- Ensure document and data are accessible and up to date.
- Assist with data management, including tracking progress, compiling data and preparing presentation as and when needed.
- Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, prepare meeting agenda, taking minutes and follow up on pending matters.
- Perform general office duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within deadline
- Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
