Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to department head and team members, including managing correspondences and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental communication and collaborations in order to facilitate effective information flows
  • Prepare, file and organize document and reports.
  • Ensure document and data are accessible and up to date.
  • Assist with data management, including tracking progress, compiling data and preparing presentation as and when needed.
  • Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, prepare meeting agenda, taking minutes and follow up on pending matters.
  • Perform general office duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within deadline
  • Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
