Responsibilities:
- To provide consultation on medical check-up services.
- To provide customer with health information and raising awareness of health risk factors.
- To arrange customers' medical check-up appointments and processing for general and specialist clinics.
- To coordinate work processes with the Nursing Department, Imaging Department, Laboratory Department, Sales & Marketing Department, Pharmacy, Specialist Clinics, and others to ensure smooth operation flow.
- To participate in Sales & Marketing Department activities.
- To interact with customer via phone calls and online portal, including live chat.
- To assist in customer relationship management including handling customer complaints.
- Document when necessary.
- Training will be provided.
- Normal office hours, no shift work required.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree/Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare, or biomedical, or clinical, or medical insurance, or any health-related field
- Candidates with a nursing background looking for a career switch or new challenges will also be seriously considered
- Customer-centric, meticulous and a team player
- Proven experience in managing patient interactions, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English, Malay and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking client and stakeholder.
