- Custodian of prepare & process General Ledger.
- To prepare full set of accounts / financial statement & ensure its completeness & accuracy.
- Responsible for the allocation of fixed asset listing.
- Review, monitor & provide support to subordinates (AR, AP, and Inventory).
- Ensure timely monthly & quarterly closing.
- Responsible to conduct sourcing, evaluate, procure, and select new suppliers, goods and services required for the organization’s operations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand procurement requirements and develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Managing the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including vendor contracts, purchase orders, and inventory levels.
- Provide procurement-related support and guidance to other departments, including training on procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
- To perform physical stock’s count during month end.
- Periodic checking on the condition of assets in the club.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities to facilitate external audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial reporting standards.
- Assist superior to liaison and coordinating for overall IFCA software.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, providing support and analysis to Finance Manager as needed.
- Work closely with internal departments for daily orders.
