Planner
JOB SUMMARY
Arrange schedule for machine and operator based on raw material availability
THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Liaise with the sales division to determine customer requirements.
2. Approve material, cost, manufacturing equipment and the size of workforce needs to manufacture
goods.
3. Set a timeline for the order to be completed on time.
4. Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed to meet the
projected completion date.
5. Liaise with customers. supplier, Human Resources Department and maintenance employees to
ensure all workers, material and machinery will be available when required.
6. Monitor project progress to ensure it is following the schedule.
7. Troubleshoot problems that occur during production, including staff shortage and machinery
malfunction.
8. Organize project paperwork, including Purchase Order and maintain record.
9. Monitor production and raw material cost.
10.Collect and assess data about the production and team performance.
11. Prepare reports about the production process for management and suggest ways to improve
efficiency.
12.Any ad hoc task as assigned by the superior.
Shipping Executive
JOB SUMMARY
To communicate effectively since the job primarily involves liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments.
THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Arrange the daily delivery schedule.
2. Arrange the daily truck
3. Monitor truck movement by using GPRS Tracker.
4. Calculate expenses incurred from every delivery.
5. Keep track delivery times, transport cost and performance evaluation.
6. Monitor transport cost to minimize cost impact to the company.
7. Plan maintenance of vehicles.
8. React to any offsite breakdown.
9. Ensure the company is in compliance with law and regulation and resolve any legal issue
pertaining to transportation.
10.Any ad hoc task as assigned by the superior.

- Expected salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 per month
