Key Responsibilities & Job Scopes :

1. Responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees.

2. Identify training needs and objectives, and develop SOP, relevant training materials and programs.

3. Designs and delivers training sessions, workshops, and courses to ensure that staff members have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively.

4. Conduct new employee orientation sessions and oversee on-the-job training programs for new hires.

5. Tracking the effectiveness of the training programs and making necessary changes to improve their impact.

6. Maintaining training records and ensuring that employees are up-to-date with required training and certifications.

Qualifications & Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree/diploma in a relevant field, such as business management, human resources, or education. Candidates with previous experience in Food and Beverage Operations or Training and Development are also encourage to apply.

2. Passion for learning and development, and be committed to helping employees reach their full potential through skill-building and professional development opportunities.

3. Well versed knowledge about food safety standards, industry regulations and Food Act .

4. Strong communications and presentations skills.

5. Working locations will be based in Johor Bahru but candidate must be willing to travel within the country.

Salary : Negotiable based on qualifications or experience.
