Job Summary
Ensure all enforcement activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws under MCMC’s jurisdiction and within the designated timeline, with the goal of achieving successful prosecution. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Investigation Department to ensure that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting management of investigation database from time to time, liaising with other relevant internal department on the input to the database (Maintain & update & developing and maintaining databases).
- Assist in operations activities (surveillance & raiding) as the Surveillance and Raiding Officer (SRO) with other team members.
- Assisting in preparing statistical data response pursuant to internal and external inquiries/ Parliamentary questions.
- Liaising with other agency on submission of information request for pre-investigation process i.e Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, JPN.
- Assist in preparation and execution of all tasks related to enforcement with other team members - Ensures investigation activities are carried out efficiently.
- Assist to serve summon, compound or any divisional documents.
- Manage (receive & record) outgoing and incoming documents.
- Ensure divisional assets (vehicles) always in good condition and ready to use for enforcement activities.
- Assist on other related divisional task or assigned from time to time.
Qualification
- Recognized Diploma in Law, Computer Science and Information Technology, or any equivalent courses.
- 1 year or more; working experience is preferred.
- Willing to relocate to Cyberjaya.
