  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope:

  • Handle all customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and checks, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and credits as needed, and reconcile cash drawers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns, and assisting customers with billing inquiries and payment-related issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Assist customers in understanding service options and processes, and conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Report any discrepancies or suspicious activities to management.
  • Support service advisors and admin staff with clerical tasks during peak hours.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities aimed at improving customer experience.


    • Requirements:

  • At least SPM or equivalent.
  • A diploma or Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or retail is preferred.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and accurate handling of financial transactions.
  • Competence in using computer systems and software relevant to customer service and cashiering functions.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
