Job Description
- Assist regional manager in managing all business development activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of customers through a range of communication channels (Email, Live Chat, Calls etc.)
- Gather feedback from customers, observe front-line issues such as application failure, payment issues, product enquires and clarifications etc, and report promptly to supervisor.
- Assist manager to complete the daily/weekly/monthly report.
- Tracking and support post-sales service to clients.
- Ensure payment records are accurate and up-to-date.
- To perform other duties when required by management
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Customer-orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, independent and a good team player
- Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to speak and write in mandarin would be an advantage to deal with our China clients
