  • Conducting interviews to comprehend the diverse life stages of Affluent customers and their evolving financial circumstances to determine their financial needs.
  • Establishing rapport and understanding Affluent customer needs through the completion of FRESH-T for conducting financial needs analysis and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Regularly reviewing Affluent portfolios to identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Keeping Affluent customers informed about emerging financial and economic issues, as well as new bank products and services, to meet their needs.
  • Avoiding offensive sales practices.
  • Observing all laws and regulations governing the bank’s business and profession.
  • Ensuring that the recommended product aligns with the customer's needs and resources.
  • Treating all customer data and information as highly confidential.
  • Resolving all customer complaints and feedback within the agreed upon turnaround time.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Bank's standard policies and procedures, internal controls, compliance regulations, and AMLA/CFT.
