  • Develop and build business relationships with key accounts (developers, architects, QS, project specifiers, consultants, contractors) to close sales.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentation materials, including sample boards for tiles and sanitary wares & fittings.
  • Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and promptly.
  • Invite potential customers to the showroom to showcase product collections.
  • Plan and execute approaches and presentations to secure proposals and close sales.
  • Manage payment collections by monitoring customer aging and collaborating with the accounts team on late payments.
  • Address after-sales and service issues by working with the TQA team to resolve customer matters promptly.
  • Report progress and complete additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in building materials, with a focus on sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
  • Experience in product presentation and customer relationship management is a plus.
  • Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
  • Willingness to work in Tebrau.
