Assistant Vice President, Treasury Operation & Payment

Job Purpose

Responsible for the effectiveness of the accuracy and completeness of all processes for FOREX transactions and BNM Reporting

Reporting

Job Responsibilities

1) Daily business transactions for KIBB and its clients

• Foreign Exchange
• BNM reporting (ITIS)
• Monitor funding blotter against Guava & bank account statement
• Ensure completion of settlement action in Guava
• Ensure all payments are executed are made prior to cut-off time
• Reconciliation completed against with BNM account and Guava system within the cut-off time
• Ensure all clients instruction is attended to and executed accurately
• Ensure all information is updated accurately in Guava for reporting purposes
• Ensure BNM reporting submission is met prior to the deadline
• Provide support to other units as and when required
• Attend to any ad hoc assignment assigned from time to time
  

2) Continuous process improvement for all operational processes

• Guava interface enhancement
• Update Treasury Operations Procedure Manual
  

3) Readiness on new project / products initiated by the company, or via statutory requirements from the relevant authorities

• Compliance to SLA
• Automation for BNM Reporting – work closely with RPA Project Manager
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any/related field
• 5 years working experience related to Treasury products
• Sound knowledge of BNM Rules and Guidelines and well versed with Treasury products
• Good communication skills - both verbal & written
