  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join Ant International Malaysia's dynamic Talent Acquisition team!



Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Recruitment: Partner with the recruitment team and various business segments to manage the entire recruitment life-cycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • High-Quality Talent Acquisition: Independently source, recruit, and secure top-quality talent through market mapping and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Process Optimization: Lead the operation and continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proactive Candidate Outreach: Conduct cold-call searches and engage with potential candidates, clearly communicating recruitment information and key selling points to attract top talent.
  • Talent Search and Screening: Perform talent searches and CV screenings, and assist in daily communication with business sectors to promote and streamline the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with exceptional proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
  • Proven Recruitment Expertise: Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally with a background in the Internet or fintech industries.
  • Driven and Resilient: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset. A deep commitment to developing a career in Talent Acquisition.
