Job Descriptions

  • To assist Finance Manager in the day to day running of the Finance department.
  • To handle of full set of accounts including ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts, tax matters and audit matters.
  • Supervise accounts payables and receivables and to ensure that payments are updated.
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and all related governmental agencies or departments.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies, review internal control procedures and cost control periodically.
  • To ensure proper accounts documentation and filling.
  • Any other tasks that being assigned by your superior or Management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must at least possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Possess at lease 4-5 years relevant work experience with good accounting knowledge. Experience in handling overseas account will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in handling ACCPAC or exposure to ERP software would be ideal.
  • Ability to supervise and provide guidance to junior to executive level and ensure transaction recorded correctly and accurately.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral).
  • Independent, able to meet deadlines and works under minimum supervision.
  • Meticulous, attention to details and good organization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
