Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure the smooth running of the daily operation of the call centre
  • Call registration and dispatch of service calls.
  • Answer to customer queries on service calls matters.
  • Prepare service/parts quotation for customers.
  • Invoicing.
  • Preparation and submission of technicians monthly traveling claims.
  • Filing.
