  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our project sites and ensure the successful delivery of our engineering projects. Key responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Direct and manage daily site operations, ensuring ACMV engineering projects are executed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project milestones efficiently.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management, addressing and resolving any issues or delays promptly.
  • Compliance Assurance: Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety and compliance on-site.
  • Quality Control: Conduct routine site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to technical standards and project requirements.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers, addressing project-related concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and other necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in site management, preferably in the field of ACMV, data center or energy storage systems.
  • Strong understanding of data center technology, thermal energy storage, and sustainable energy solutions will be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CAD and project management platforms.
