  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Oversee employee benefits, payroll processing, and leave management.
  • Lead HR projects such as job evaluation, employee engagement, and organizational development programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR matters and concerns.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure workforce planning and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
