Engineer/Senior Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

Overall, the improvement of the test equipment includes a new machine setup, machine poka-yoke features, process layout and floor efficiency, machine-related loss cost and ABL reduction, and machine purchasing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate to set up new or transfer equipment to meet production requirements.
• Plan & implement production floor layout efficiency planning and optimization.
• Perform equipment improvement through execution of FMEA, to meet equipment quality trouble-free expectations.
• Develop overall process and equipment operation to be less human-dependent through full automation with the Poka Yoke system.
• Supported customer complaint investigation and analysis and took necessary countermeasures to eliminate the root cause.
• Perform engineering solutions on abnormality improvement in ABL.
• Prepare and submit the report at the required interval related to the assigned job function

POSITION/JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field from a recognized Higher Institution.

Skills & knowledge required:

• Equipment Failure Analysis, Yield Monitoring & improvement for pick & place test handler.
• Good analytical skills: OEE, MTBA, MTBF
• Problem-solving skills: FMEA, DMAIC, FTA

Experience

• At least 2 -5 years of experience in related fields preferably in manufacturing semiconductors.
• Experience in smart factories, AMR & Robotics is added value.
• Experience in Advantest M4841 & Teradyne tester is added value.
