What You Will Be Accountable For

• Set up and administer portal and application systems developed in-house for client meetings and share registration work.
• Troubleshoot all application queries and issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure service levels are met and achieved to the highest user/client satisfaction.
• Provide training and technical support to system users.
• Support any other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Need To Have

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): ASP.NET, VB, MS SQL Server.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is highly recommended for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Others: End user oriented, expert IT skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, aptitude for learning new technology, deadline driven, good communication skills, able to work independently and in teams.
