Job Description:

  • Responsible for the sales account management and new business development.
  • Formulating business strategies, establishing account development, achieve sales targets and budget planning on quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Increase sales from the current customers, meantime to develop new customers and woking along with the R&D team to develop new products and concepts for both existing and new customers.
  • Tracking and monitoring the progress of the product development on the Company project management system and ensuring that the NPD is remain achievable and on course.
  • Maintain strong relationship with customers, distributor and business partners and build up company reputation in the market.
  • Implement workout strategies and activities that will ensure attainment of targets and thereby increase market share in key accounts.
  • Analyse market shares and sales performance to ensure the Company is promptly response to the area of opportunities and weaknesses.
  • Continuously update market and competitors information to the Managing Director
  • Job Requirements:

    Candidates must possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food Technology/ Food Science/ Food Service/ Culinary Science/ Agri Science, Business Administation, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
    Candidates with background or past sales experience in food ingredients related business development/ sales in B2B will be an added advantage.
    Ability to communicate well with good presentation skills will be an added advantage.
